Reduce Waste: Materials and Mindsets

Well into our 2nd year of our Living Building Challenge, the mantra Reduce Waste keeps the beat. Here are key waste busters that makes Tanglewood a dream build. We endeavour daily to be:

	FIRM about breaking down silos and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. The challenge: Showing ruthlessly compassionate leadership, modelling and asking for behaviours that reflect holistic problem-solving.
	CLEAR and consistent about roles, responsibilities and expectations. The challenge: Demonstrating transparency enough to build trust in the collaborative process.
	CALM when change happens. The challenge: Living our values: Sustainability-Transparency-Responsibility-Interdependence-Creativity-Holism
	BRIGHT! about life when global health is poor. The challenge: Staying infectiously up-beat and positive enough to find creative solutions.
